Our mission is to help busy individuals build a healthier body while feeling strong and energized, all while achieving their goal of a healthier body. We're not your typical gym - think small group training classes in a customized shipping container, with each person having their own equipment. Who said workouts have to be boring? State of the art equipment plus members have all day access to common areas that include two decks above the boxes, ping pong, corn hole, and other various games to further build community.
Members have use of the private Sauna in a Box, Tanning in a box, Beverage box, and showers.

We create classes to meet your goals of strength and conditioning while accentuating your finest ASSets. Even though we love the booty, it's important that you train all parts of the body to bring balance. This is done by our three main lifting days that will alternate for you.
You will work your glutes in various angles and positions, yet also incorporate full body exercises by using compound lifts. What’s that mean for you? Faster results that you can see and feel.
Our certified personal trainers will guide, motivate, and push you to get the most from every workout. They create a systematic workout for you, allowing you to focus more on performing and mastering the exercises and less on what exercise to do.

Classes are created on a 4 week cycle, with three main lifting days a week and the other days as accessory classes. You will track and record your lifts and gradually build up from week 1 to week 4.
No matter when you join, there are always modifications available. At the end of the 4 weeks, you will get a new program focusing on new exercises to master. This will further assist in the proven scientific approach known as progressive overload to bring you results.
As much as we love the (ASS)thetic goals it comes down to loving yourself and gaining confidence through strength.
Within the open air facility, you will enter your private booty box. During class, you remain inside your own box and yet train with your fellow squad members! Your Personal Trainer instructs everyone as a group.
The energy in class from your trainer and squad members is highly contagious! You will be inspiring each other by seeing your squad break their own records and obtain their goals. Pair that with hype music and you will be looking forward to the next day hanging with the squad.
Join the squad and receive information on how to reach your booty-full potential. Set goals and fall in love with how strong and capable your body is. Track your performance in our app and see your progress.
Squad members will receive the ins and outs of how to master the lifts, and learn how to be successful and knowledgeable on the how's and why's of the lifts.
You will love the whole process of learning and training with individuals that want to see you succeed and cheer you on.
