State of the art fitness equipment housed in 10 shipping containers in an open air facility. Additional spaces include a remote work office space, roof top deck space, game arena complete with a ping pong table and corn hole. Airbnd rentals available upon request.
Our amenities for members include a private sauna, tanning bed, shower rooms, and complimentary beverages and snacks.
We provide full-body glute-focused workouts using state-of-the-art equipment, including the Glutebuilder Machine.
This machine is a hip thrust station + squat rack + cable machine + back extension all in one. It's like the Swiss army knife of glute
No more wasting time setting up, equipment sharing, or waiting for equipment to be available.
All the equipment is ready to go inside your personalized box!
Our classes are designed to meet your strength and conditioning goals while accentuating your finest ASSets. We love that bootywerk but also recognize it's important to train all parts of the body to bring balance.
We offer three alternating lifting days, as well as four accessory classes emphasizing cardio and mobility.
You will work your glutes in various angles and positions with full body exercises using compound lifts.
This means faster results that you can see and feel.
Our certified personal trainers will guide, motivate, and push you to get the most from every workout. Our trainers design systematic workouts for you with rotating 4 week cycles allowing you to focus on mastering the exercises.
All you have to do is sign up, show up, and be ready to embrace the positive changes that will come from your membership.

We believe in a proven scientific approach known as "Progressive Overload" to bring you results. Classes are created on a 4 week cycle, with three main lifting days a week and the other days as accessory classes. You will track and record your lifts and gradually build up from week 1 to week 4.
No matter when you join, there are always modifications available. At the end of the 4 weeks, you will get a new program focusing on new exercises to master.
As much as we love the (ASS)thetic goals, our main goal is to help you gain confidence and self love through strength, encouragement, and community.
Upon arrival to our open air facility, you will choose your private box. During class, each member remains inside their own box while our certified trainer instructs everyone as a group from the center.
The energy in class from your trainer and squad members is highly contagious! Prepare to be inspired by seeing your squad break their own records and meet their goals. With hype music, the best community, and solid gains, you’ll be ready to return for you next class!
Join the squad and receive information on how to reach your booty-full potential. Members in a 12 or 16 class packs, have access to our training app to help set goals and track their performance progress.
Squad members will receive the ins and outs of how to master lifts and understand the benefits of each lift.
