Cancellation Policy

 All sessions and classes begin and end on time.

Cancellation windows 1:1 training sessions require a 24 hour cancellation notice.

 All classes/amenities require a 2 hour cancellation notice. 

NO CALL NO SHOW

-For classes, 1:1 training sessions, and amenities if you no call no show you will loose your class/session/appointment and not have the option to re-activate your class. 

- If you no call no show your first time free class you loose it.  

Give us a heads up either via app, online, phone call or even a text and keep your class/session/appointment :)

Cancelling outside of the 24 hour cancelation window for 1:1 

 2 hours for classes/amenities

1:1 training session late cancel : You will be charged half of your session cost.  HOWEVER, you keep your session. Yay  :)  Ex: Oh shoot I forgot my amazing (self/human/pet) has an event  and I can't make my  session that is in 6 hours. We will miss you and hope you take great pics :) You will be charged half of the rate of your session to pay for a portion of your PT time they invested in you. 

Classes/Amenities late cancel:  Cancel via the app or online.  You will not have access to use that class until you agree to re-activate your class for a $5 fee charged to your card on file. HOWEVER, you can then keep your class. Yay :)   Ex: I am scheduled for class in an hour and can't make it. You will be charged $5 to pay for a portion of your PT time they invested in you and for reserving your spot. 

If you cancel your first time free class please call number below to keep your class. 

Note due to COVID please do not come to class feeling ill.  If feeling ill and past the 2 hour cancellation notice

Membership Cancellations: Glutes 317 requires 15 day written notice to cancel your membership.
