This 45min class is a good mix of medium intensity lifts. You will focus on strength and aim to hit all the bOOOOOty goals!
This is considered your lighter higher rep lifting day. By taking this class you can guarantee you are part of a WELL ROUNDED BOOTY program. In this class we will hit other parts of the glutes that are not in the other 2 classes.
This 45 min class is considered a big lifting day for your glute focused/full body program.
You will be doing all the big exercises that create shape and strength!
Time to trade in those monotonous steady state cardio workouts for more high-intensity interval training. This is a 30 min HIIT workout that's focusing on muscle endurance and working out your heart.
Easy to follow but anything but easy to complete... if you so desire. Bring your goals, intensity, and grit. Remember this is YOUR workout! You bring your own intensity and have fun throwing down like you mean biznazz.
In this 45 min class we have created a routine strategically engineered to lift and shape your hottest asset. Fire up your glutes, build strength and definition, and get stronger in your core.
Waist-whittling exercises are also integrated to further accentuate your new rearview. Glute work in this class is done with bands and or light weight.
New to class no worries. This is a slower paced 45 min class with a little more instruction to detail that will go over our major "meat and potatoes" exercises we use every week. Along with learning class vocab and how to use the equipment.
This is an accessory class that is 45 min long. You will start with a dynamic warm-up to get the blood flowing in your muscles. then you will switch to a metabolic conditioning workout.
