A SMUDGE MORE ABOUT BRIE: Fun I have been doing fitness my entire life. I started Judo when I was 7 with my Dad as a coach which kicked off my life long passion in fitness! I grew up in Europe and even ran with the bulls when I was 16! I'm big on energy, community, and helping people feel stronger both mentally and physically. My classes are definitely high energy with a little sass mixed in.

Outside of exercise I enjoy reading, writing, arithmetic (haha!) content creation, dancing, exploring new cities, and trying new food. The next cuisine I want to explore is Armenian cuisine.
