It's all fun and games... or is it? Don't worry we are serious about fitness and it reflects in the science backed method of programming that allows you to get the most effective, fun, and result driven workout.

We offer a variety of classes! From a low impact booty burning" Butts N Guts" to a  high-intensity "HIIT Yo Badunkadunk". If you have never hip thrusted or squatted with a barbell or need a refresher, we HIGHLY recommend  you try the "In the Beginning" class to nail the safety and technique.  It is very common for injuries to happen when starting any new fitness routine.  Your safety is always our numero uno priority.

It's cold outside and winter is here. 

Wear layers to shed, gloves, and optional beanie.  Bring a water bottle and a towel if you scheduled a time to shower or use our sauna.

The Booty Box

If you are new please arrive 15 min before class time, check in on the iPad located with the trainer. If you downloaded our app, turn on location settings and the app will ask you to check in upon arrival. One more thing, meet your trainer and go over your goals and concerns.

There are no reservations for a specific booty box when you register for class.  If you have a favorite view in class we suggest you get there early.  They are first come first serve. If you are a  heavy lifter let us know. Some of the booty boxes have access to heavier weights.

Feeling like you're not tapping into your strength enough? Perhaps, you would like a modification or substitute exercise during class. Our Certified Personal Trainers can come up with an alternative movement for you.  Don't be shy to flag them over,  we ask that you let your Trainer know. They will be more than happy to help you have a successful class.

Our team of trainers know their stuff.  We hire only certified personal trainers to give you peace of mind that you are in good hands.  Warning - Trainer singing and dancing skills are not accessed at time of hire so go easy on them.
