If you're new to hip thrusts and squats or need a quick refresher, join our "In the Beginning" class for a fun-filled session that will teach you the proper technique and safety measures.

How about some pro tips, to help you set yourself up for success! First things first, show up early to class so you can snag your favorite spot and get into the zone.


Don't forget to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated . If you're planning to hit up the sauna or shower after class, make sure to pack accordingly and bring a towel. 


In the colder temps, be sure to bundle up in layers and bring gloves to keep those fingers toasty warm the barbell tends to stay cold. 


By taking these simple steps, you're setting yourself up for success both in and out of class. So let's do this – let's crush those goals and feel amazing doing it!

 If you're new to our studio, make sure to arrive 15 minutes before class time. This will give you plenty of time to check in with our awesome trainers and get settled in. You can check in on the app  upon arrival.


And hey, let's not forget about meeting your trainer! We want to make sure we're all on the same page when it comes to your fitness goals and concerns. 


 It's time to unleash your inner badazz beast and show the world what you're made of. So let's get this party started and make those fitness goals a reality!

We want to make sure you're in the know when it comes to snagging your fave box in class. We don't take reservations for specific boxes, so if you've got a killer view in mind, we suggest getting there early to snag it before someone else does.


And if you're a heavy lifter, don't worry – we've got you covered! Some of our booty boxes come equipped with access to heavier weights, so just let us know and we'll make sure you're set up for success.


So don't be shy, come on in and get ready to rock your workout in the best box in the house. Let's growww!

 We know that sometimes you might not be feeling your mojo quite enough in a certain exercise. Don't sweat it, though – we've got your back!


Our awesome Certified Personal Trainers are always ready to come up with a killer modification or substitute exercise to help you tap into your full strength potential. So don't be shy – just flag them down and let them know what you need.


We want to make sure you're having the most successful class possible, so don't hesitate to ask for a little extra support. We're all in this together, after all!

Our trainers are the real deal! We're talking certified personal trainers who know their stuff and are ready to help you crush your fitness goals.


We want you to feel confident and at ease during your workout, which is why we only hire the best of the best. But we do have to give you fair warning – we didn't assess their singing and dancing skills at the time of hire, so go easy on them if they bust a move in class.


But in all seriousness,  trust your trainers and let them guide you to success. We can't wait to see you smash your goals and feel amazing doing it!
